The purpose of the role is to keep the organization true to decisions made, acting as a compliance unit to drive adherence and high performance by facilitating and providing data analysis, internal reviews and high-quality reports as input to improve compliance to agreed standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Escalation responsibility to DBA (Design Board Authority) / Head of QED for any breach of integrity of Maersk E2E Processes, Product, Master Data, Business Capabilities
• Ensuring effective process mining & product performance tools and techniques are in place to conduct data collections necessary to fulfil quality assurance mission
• Planning and conducting data collection and analysis, including identifying sunset candidates, low performers and automation candidates
• Providing BUs, BPOs and DBA with data on process adherence, performance metrics and compliance to standards, responsible improvement plans delivered or action plans to get on track done
• Escalation responsibility to DBA when decisions on mis-compliance are discovered
• Supporting the organization with E2E impact assessments
• Act as policing unit to achieve high standards on quality, based on mining and data collected
• Provide assurance to DBA on compliance with defined standards e.g. product definition, process management, master data management
• Manage process mining approach and tools (e.g. Celonis)
• Identify automation opportunities (RPA) across products and processes
• Provide information to BPOs on process metrics, and insight to process owner on process performance and improvement opportunities
• Identifying impact cases seen from an E2E perspective across process areas
• Maintain & enhance benefit realization and value tracking processes across the enterprise
• Accountable for Performance indicator framework
Who we are looking for
• MBA/MS from top tier, globally recognized university
• 16+ years’ relevant experience, preferably in a global setting
• Proven track record of driving Lean/Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement journeys at scale
• Proven leadership experience with Quality, Compliance, Data & Analytics
• Expertise in setting up, and owning Process and E2E Capability
• Advanced communication and presentation skills
