Key Responsibilities
The Business Analyst in Customer and Partner Integration will work closely with the project manager and the rest of the team on the following key tasks:
• Translate the business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional requirements
• Participate in the development selection process for new initiatives
• Gathering requirements for development /enhancement etc. and advising on the final requirements specification
• Carrying out complex business process mapping, business process reengineering and business process analysis wherever needed
• Providing recommendations to the business on solutions, taking into account any cross-functional impact
• Creating a strategy for designing and implementing new business processes
• Ensuring the right level of functional knowledge in the technical team (trainings, knowledge sharing etc.)
• Reviewing and approving UAT scenarios and training materials, supporting dependent projects and business on their testing
• Delivering training on new processes and solutions for the business and also the team
• Final sign-off for the technology side for user testing
• Reviewing testing approach and materials to ensure business requirements are met
• Assisting in support of production issue resolution as it pertains to business processes
• Auditing business blueprint/design documents for configuration readiness
• Facilitating transition to support organization/model
• Ensure appropriate standards and quality are maintained
• Optimizes existing processes and drive initiatives to help meet the business and technology objectives
• Drive relevant project management activities
• Participating in Community of Practice
Who we are looking for
Required Experience
• 4+ years of experience as a business analyst participating in large, complex projects
• Extensive Solution Delivery experience. Deep experience in managing design, business processes or enterprise functional architecture or manage overall IT enterprise strategy

• Attention to details and quality assurance

• Creating Compelling Business Cases on complex subjects or subjects that are new to Maersk
• Designing for Customer Experience
• Providing Accurate Project Effort Estimates

• Requirements Management and Analysis

• Change management and implementation
• Project transition to production

• Expert in different processes or solutions
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• In-depth understanding and usage of agile/ iterative software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
• Strong communication and advisory skills, stakeholder management
• Strong interpersonal skills/personal impact, negotiation and buy-in
• Innovative, proactive, results-driven and highly motivated
• Works well under pressure and can work independently
• Familiar with key tool sets (such as HPQC/ Jira / Confluence)
