Key Responsibilities
• As part of a core engineering team - Optimize the strategy for equipment maintenance in our ERP system, incl. planning and execution of marine and mechanical projects
• Managing technical projects such as installation of new equipment, upgrades, and modifications
• Review equipment requirements in light of current technology and regulatory requirements and to make recommendations for optimization of equipment and systems accordingly
Who we are looking for
You have a theoretical background on Bachelor level as Marine Engineer or Mechanical Engineer, with minimum five years of experience within international shipping, offshore work, project management or similar work.

You are conversant with safety, health and environmental management principles.

Experience with Work Order Management, ERP and Maintenance Systems is an advantage.

As a person, you are flexible, organised and able to work independently. With your good communication skills as well as robust and persistent persona, you can coordinate and cooperate closely with many different stakeholders to ensure compliance of equipment and systems.

You are confident working with IT and possess good English communication skills.

As a person you are pro-active and would like to provide a high level of technical support to the business. You have well-developed analytical skills and like taking initiative in order to ensure constant improvement of our rigs, technical equipment and procedures.

Some travel must be expected.
