The position is part of the customer service organisation and is customer facing. Main responsibilities are receiving payment deposit slips and updating the payment details as well as issuing invoices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive customers at the counter and guide them towards the right person in the organisation.
  • Receive payment deposit slips from customers and update the payment details in the SAP Bank-Screen application.
  • Print invoices for customers.
  • Assist customer service staff with ad hoc matters.
  • Update customer master data in English and in Khmer.
Who we are looking for
  • University degree
  • Good Khmer and English knowledge, both spoken and written
  • Able to work with computer applications such as MS Excel, MS Word etc.
  • Service minded
