Key Responsibilities
•Support the Damco tender management team for all RFQs.
•Ensure timely and accurate response to the RFQ tender requests.
•Work closely with the Damco tender management team to understand the requirements of the tender documents.

•Support on different activities for launched tenders.
•Manual search via tools or various websites to populate RFQs.
•Provide data coordination for creation of databases.
•Assist in the data gathering by working closely with the data automation team for building databases.
•Support on Adhoc tasks
•Become a specialist on certain products and/or trade route pricing.
•Ensure 99.5% accuracy of data population and logical error checking.
Who we are looking for
•Graduate in Commerce or equivalent.
•MS Office Proficiency.
•Should be flexible to work in 24/7 shifts including night shifts.
•Experience in tender and pricing in Logistics industry.
•Must be fluent in English, oral and written
•Should have ability to work under a constantly changing environment/process.
•Must be able to work under demanding pressure/stress.
•Must demonstrate very high attention to detail and / or data quality.
