|Certificate Management of all owned Container Vessels for Maersk Line.|
Monitor and Initiate annual statutory surveys with Class Societies/ Flag Administration for endorsement of certificates
Arrange annual certificates for vessel ( GMDSS shore maintenance, Radio servicing, BCLC & WRC with blue card)
Arrange annual/as agreed life raft services for owned Container Vessels with Maker Approved Service providers
Maintain record of EIAPP, IEEC certificate.
Facilitate remote access of Certificate Management Team site/ GLSM for easy viewing and reference of technical operators and other internal parties
Certificate checks in GLSM
Attend to all e-mails sent to MLSMCERT (Business Address) within same day of receipt (except for weekends and holidays) as per mail priority
Ensure timely dispatching of certificates to Container vessels in coordination with Ships mail team and/or Agents or Master
Maintain a record of all incoming and outgoing mail package for proper monitoring of documents
Report vessel related issues to Team Manager and stakeholders
Provide feedback on process improvement to the Team Manager or directly to the Head of Department
Communicate with internal customers (Maersk Line) constructively and in the most professional manner
Take full ownership of the daily tasks and ensure that these tasks are carried according to SOP.
Carry out & assist in Annual GSMS reviews for/from all Maersk Line vessels.
Render backup in other tasks or functions in cases of exigencies.
