IT Analyst with experience and/or knowledge within IT - who can contribute to the support and maintenance of key commercial processes, ensuring effective operational support and technical advice to system changes and projects.

Key Responsibilities
•Handle incidents using standard processes and any required data analysis
•Provide support to the business for incidents raised via IT support system SNOW
•Acting as a contact point for key stakeholders and be the point of escalation for support issues
•Support user access management, monitoring of regulatory and internal policy compliance for supported commercial applications
•Participating in projects tied to SW/HW upgrades
•Being committed to Hand Over Acceptance testing operations and work with the extended support organization to achieve deadlines
•Business Process Communication – Provide communication to key stakeholders using a business process centric approach and key metrics to ensure expectations are met
•Drive for Resolution – Progress the required actions to resolve incidents achieving shortest MTTR possible and ensure service requests meet the requirements on time
•Continuous quality Management – Ensure the application is meeting the quality parameters for data, code and testing to constantly pursue highest performance and availability of the service the system provides to end users
•Application Performance Management – Maintain and improve the systems performance and availability through proactive capacity management, demand management, quality assurance, monitoring management and by ensuring the right documentation is in place and being updated when required
•Act as a gatekeeper for quality of changes deployed to the production environment
•Assist the Application Manager in daily support and maintenance activities
•Provide support to the business users during incidents and cover for the application manager out of office hours when required
•Work on activities related to incident management, problem management, change management, and release management involving multiple enterprise level technologies
•Manage vendor resources and technical discussions
Who we are looking for
Technical Skills:
•Understanding solution architecture, how IT systems work
•Oracle DBs, Windows Office, SQL, MW knowledge is a plus
•Experience working with Service Management tools like SNOW
•ITIL Foundation - desirable
•IT development methodologies
•Requirements Management
•Software Testing experience
•Security mind set with relevant experience
•Business Analysis exposure
•Relevant knowledge / experience:
•Minimum 3 years of experience working with application management and support
•Knowledge of support processes
•A background in Logistics and shipping
•IT Experience in design, development and support of applications / services
•Bachelor’s or Advanced degree within IT / Computer sciences
