Key Responsibilities
 To ensure that Damco’s response to RFIs emphasize our capabilities and present our suite of
services and other strengths to existing and potential clients
 Provide accurate and timely responses ensuring that Damco is represented well with the goal of
continuing on to any subsequent RFI proposals or rounds
 The RFI Analyst supports global teams by completing client questionnaires with the appropriate
responses, drawn from the self-maintained Global RFI database, past responses and Subject Matter
Experts within the company
 The RFI Analyst liaises with the Requestor, KAM Team, Senior Management, and all SMEs’ within
the organization to ensure that all required information is provided as per client specification

 Review the RFI document in detail to set and align with the requestor/stakeholder expectation
 Define acceptable internal timelines relative to client-specified submission deadline for RFI
 Prepare the first draft of RFI response with available responses from previously completed RFI’s &
from the RFI database
 Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to gather response for unanswered questions
 Compilation of responses into the master document or customer template
 Proof-reading of responses received from various stakeholders
 Participate in business calls for scope definition and understanding as required
 Constructive approach to questions and provides practical solutions
 Update the Global RFI Database at quarterly and ad-hoc basis
 Support the GSC tender operation team for RFQs
 Support on different activities for launched tenders
 Manual search via tools or various websites to populate carrier transit time.
 Support on Adhoc tasks
Who we are looking for
 Graduate in any stream
 Excellent command over English with strong written & verbal (Communication) skills
 Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
 Good working knowledge and understanding of Damco activities and the industry
 Eager to stay up to date on trends
 Capable of adapting responses to address the client RFI questions and concerns
 Comfortable interacting with team members at all levels, internally and externally
 Able to understand other departments’ priorities
 Keeps internal stakeholders informed and updated about the status of ongoing RFI’s
 Must demonstrate very high attention to detail and/or data quality
