The role purpose is to provide technical and administrative support to the Corporate Aviation Department.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and propose methods for improvements within areas of responsibility or affiliated areas.
Both support and, where necessary, lead initiatives to promote performance management and concepts.
Compilation and publication of the Global Aviation Safety Assessment Mechanism (ASAM)
Monitoring of global aviation airworthiness directives and safety activities, including ICAO and IATA revisions.
Preparing and contributing to global auditing activities, including audit schedules, plans and reports.
Administrative duties including travel coordination for the department, event management, incident investigation and executive support.
Maintenance and promotion of the Maersk Oil Global Aviation Standard.
Strive towards that in all matters – prior to decision – constant care is observed and initiative taken to secure the best results.

Handle all information obtained in the course of work with adequate confidentiality.

Diploma level or Equivalent
3 years’ experience is desirable, preferably in the upstream oil & gas industry or Aviation Industry
