| The main purpose of this role is to support PO processes by providing quality assured data and developing controlled reports, following Maersk Oil Qatar (MOQ) approved operating procedures and guidelines. Define necessary controls to evaluate data quality against business requirements and liaise with support functions to implement these controls.

| Key Responsibilities | Contribute to maintaining a strong safety culture within MOQ operations Execute safe work processes and comply with relevant health, safety (occupational & process) and environmental excellence procedures and controls within area of responsibility to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance and a responsible environmental attitude Provide required quality assured data to Management on health, safety and environmental issues related to area of work; take corrective action wherever necessary Ensure that validated production data is consistently presented in a standardised format to meet the local content, timing and frequency needs of: Production Review & Planning cycles Internal stakeholders (Asset teams, Function) External stakeholders (CPH, QP) Government bodies Ensure that reports are generated and presented in accordance with the Production Reporting Minimum Standard Review production report requirements regularly with users to identify opportunities for improvement (e.g. improved data presentation, automated analyses) to minimise the requirement for post-report processing Identify opportunities to maximise the use of visualisation tools (where available) to deliver reports direct to User Desktops Daily production reporting validation Provide ad hoc reports as required, however to push back to standard reports as necessary Provide support and troubleshooting for production data management and reporting Resolve problems and/or discrepancies which may involve data analysis and understanding of production processes Manage, prioritise and track task progress against predefined deliverables Help develop and manage production asset model for daily report and hydrocarbon accounting workflows as per operating philosophy Ensure all necessary procedures and processes are accurately documented, updated and accessible. Provide input to relevant production data standards, where required Actively participate in daily communication and coordination between off-and onshore businesses pertaining to key business matters and sharing of knowledge and experience Proactively take responsibility for self progression by keeping abreast with latest developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise Carry out ad-hoc tasks as determined by team lead / manager Project manage IT developments on behalf of system owner to ensure business requirements are met.

| Who we are looking for | The candidate should have: Working knowledge of visualization and reporting tools systems and database administration (preferably SQL) Good analytical, coordinating, cooperating and planning skills General use MS Office Skills Basic understanding of Production Systems Preferably Engineering degree 2 years experience in a reporting or hydrocarbon accounting role preferred Experience in the petrochemical, refining, oil / gas exploration and/or production industries in a similar role
