Key Responsibilities
You will be accountable and responsible for leading a team of sourcing and procurement talent encompassing critical and complex services and materials for the entire business domain of drilling, capital projects, operations and services, and maintaining close cooperation with stakeholders.

In addition to the conventional procurement role, you will also be responsible for:
•developing talent
•coaching and mentoring colleagues articulation and execution of category and complex contracting strategies
•supplier relationship management
•external stakeholder management
•Team leading
•Global/local
Who we are looking for

In addition he/she will have:
•Exceptional analytical skills and a high level of attention to details.
•10 – 15 years of relevant procurement experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
•Oil & Gas experience preferred
•Experience of managing an annual addressable spend exceeding USD 1000 M.

Maersk Oil Qatar AS is the leading oil producer offshore Qatar and a recognized pioneer in oil development and production techniques.
