We Offer
You will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team engaged in the management of two non-operated projects in the emerging Lower Tertiary trend in the deep-water GOM. The Buckskin project is in the select phase and the Jack project is in the production/execution phase. Therefore, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a wide spectrum of activities. In addition the engineer will be involved in coordinating the activities across the subsurface team.
Key Responsibilities
•Develop and maintain reservoir simulation models
•Manage the subsurface team to collaboratively, develop and assure subsurface work plans,
•Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
•Provide feedback to well proposals, drilling and work over programs.
•Maximize lifecycle value for Buckskin/Jack fields through effective well, facility and reservoir management practices.
•Drive surveillance, production forecasting and production reporting processes and tools
•Reserves and resources evaluator

Who we are looking for
•Education at MSc level or appropriate experience
•More than 10 years of experience in reservoir engineering preferably with an operator
•Solid background in the ‘classical’ reservoir engineering and recover mechanisms is expected
•Experience in reservoir simulation, developing/editing/maintaining of dynamic models, range of uncertainties and history matching, preferably directly related to deep water field development activity.
•Experience with well planning, well, reservoir and facility management and forecasting
•Strong initiative, high level analytical skills and ability to multitask
•Successful candidates will be self-starters, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and enjoy working in a multi-disciplinary environment
•Fluent in written and spoken technical English
