Key Responsibilities
As a Student Assistant in Digital Procurement, your primary task will be to support with:

• Supporting the execution of tenders through the use of eRFX’s, and eAuctions.

• Drive new initiatives such as AI in contract management

• Develop and provide training sessions to new users on the systems within digital procurement

• Administer and develop our current tools and processes.

• Complete ad-hoc requests and administrative tasks
Who we are looking for
The role is for candidates who currently have a student status.

• Our preferred candidates come with a track record of high performance, and you must currently be studying for your Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably within Supply Chain Management and/or a focus on Digitalization/IT.

As a person, you are dynamic, ambitious, detail oriented and committed to deliver high quality. You work in a structured and systematic manner. Furthermore, you are eager to learn new skills and don not fear to get confronted with new challenges.

You have a good analytical reasoning and problem solving skills, which lead to solutions that are carefully thought through. You are flexible in adapting as and when priorities change.

It is important that you are a self-starter that take initiatives, work independently and take ownership. You need to be service-minded and driven by the opportunity to provide fast results.

You have advanced skills in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
