Our company is looking for a senior Technology business partner to closely work with our customers and customer offices to efficiently rollout technology solutions, but as well to make sure they get the right level of support and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
•Liaise with Maersk L&S IT Technology Deployment, Maersk client management and Maersk’s clients to define delivery solutions that are in line with business rules as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures.

•Be the counter part of L&S IT Products, bridging the feedback of our delivery and execution areas, guaranteeing we never leave feedback without a follow up

•Support rollout of L&S IT products into our deliver and execution areas

•Lead solution design for our customer solutions, making sure we provide standard and reusable solutions among our different customers and regions

•Engage with Tech BP community to make sure we align solutions, and align delivery timelines for those solutions

•Act as the counter part for Solution Engineers during the tender process

•Part of the solution and delivery team of global implementations such as new large customers, new large product rollouts, etc

•Keep close contact with Solution Sales, not just during tenders but during pre-sales, actively engaging in pursuit teams, and representing L&S Technology with customers

•Lead project streams during large organizations, guaranteeing the correct solution delivery

•Active engagement with Ops SME, and Process experts to actively seek for process improvements and optimization, making sure we don’t deliver at day 1 and no longer go back to it

•Work with Process & Information Architecture teams to create capability process map, and ultimately solution building blocks that can simplify solution design in future engagements

•Support delivery/execution teams to test and certify the solutions you own by design.

•Work with regional IT Implementation Manager and regional tech implementation team, to understand capacity and pipeline, to better prepare possible scenarios with customers, regarding delivery dates

•Act as IT Account Manager to some of our global accounts, making sure we align their IT strategy/needs, with L&S IT delivery cycles, and actively working with customer teams of those accounts, to improve the execution of the solution post-go live
Who we are looking for
•Minimum 10 years’ experience in business analysis, business support especially on customer implementations,

•Solid understanding of IT costing and solution design

•Advanced proficiency in project management tools including MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint

•Solid IT solution background including supply chain management, contract logistics

•Experience of Agile methodology or scrum master is preferred

•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

•Good team player and Can-do spirit

•Well organized and independent to prioritize and meet deadlines

•Able and willing to travel based on business requirements

•Fluent English in both written and oral
