You will report to the team leader and in his/her absence to the deputy team leader.

Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Operations
• High data quality of updating systems
• Ensure 100% meet the KPI timeline requirement
• Ensure 100% timely AWB & pouch docs completion
• Complete various kinds of reports in high quality
• Ensure client SOPs and internal IOPs are always followed and updated

2. Regular review on SOP and IOP
• Review SOP&IOP regularly and raise any concerns or questions to support function

3. Increase Productivity
• Ensure to follow up procedures strictly that can help you to achieve the productivity goals that are defined by TL
• Try to find out procedures that need to be improved and put forward innovation or suggestion to TL

4. Reduce costs
• Forbid extra cost caused by service failure or personal mistake

5. Teamwork
• Treating overseas offices as clients and ensuring they are given proper and timely service
• Work proactively to improve procedures and teamwork within Air freight department

6. Additional roles in the team or department
