The Qatari Development Programme is a programme designed specifically for fresh graduates from University to help them to make the transition from the academic environment to the professional workplace.

Key Responsibilities
The HR Associate will be assisting, learning, performing and developing within the HR Team as well as the PMO team.
The role will focus on supporting day-to-day HR and PMO tasks related but not limited to:
• HR admin such as employee letters and claims
• HR coordination tasks covering the employee cycle from A-Z
• Recruitment tasks such as interview planning, candidate selection, interviews etc.
• Qatarisation team support
• Support to the Programme Managers within the PMO etc.
Further to that the HR Associate will be enrolled in the Qatari Development Programme and will be expected to actively participate and deliver in all relevant training/modules and events.
Who we are looking for
Qatari nationals with 0-2 years work experience who have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration/Human Resources from an accredited University with a final GPA of no less than 3.0. This person should be a team player, eager to learn, proctive, and have good communication skills.
