We Offer
You will join Finance BPO - a team of enthusiastic controllers and process experts whose responsibility is to develop, run and support our financial processes.

The team is a centre of excellence offering direction and support to all parts of the global finance organisation. You and your colleagues are in contact with controllers and finance managers across our global finance function on a day-to-day basis, which gives you the chance to develop your skills and interact with many different functions.

You will be a part of a well performing finance department with a very positive atmosphere and genuine respect. You will from time to time work under tight deadlines, but we also respect the need for a healthy work life balance.
Key Responsibilities
You and your colleagues are responsible for optimizing the financial processes within the business including the use of our ERP system IFS, our consolidation tool Hyperion and our analysis tools Business Analytics and Microsoft BI. This includes limitation of manual steps and optimization of existing tools.

Another important task will be training of new employees both in Denmark and abroad within your areas of expertise.

Moreover, you will participate in cross-functional optimization projects across the global organization. You will be involved in complex issues and problems where you will help drive the efficiency and accuracy of our financial reporting.
Who we are looking for
You are an enthusiastic team-player and can combine creativity and expert skills in solving complex problems. You are comfortable working in a team as well as on your own. In addition, you have an interest and flair for numbers and for learning and mastering IT and ERP based systems and find satisfaction in using this knowledge to support your colleagues.

You hold a Masters degree in accounting or finance, or you have a similar level of education. You have a couple of years of experience in a BPO function, where you have worked with process improvement. You are a strong Excel user and ideally, you are familiar with analysis tools such as SAP BPC, Business Intelligence or Business Analytics.

As you will also be working in a fast moving environment where focus is necessary, you will need your ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm and show a positive attitude even under pressure. You are outgoing and happy to assist your colleagues around the world in their work, and therefore you are able to communicate clearly and constructively in English.
