We need a top-of-the-class student, who is eager to start an exciting job in Maersk Oil’s Danish business unit. You will be responsible for the smooth execution of practical and administrative tasks for our Finance and Business Director. Main tasks will include; Collect data, travel planning, meetings, mail administration, presentations… if you are not out of breath reading this, you might be the Personal Assistant we are looking for.

As we want you to prioritise your studies, your working hours will be approximately 18 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
You will be working in close liaison with the Finance and Business Services (FBS) Director and frequently engage with other leaders within the FBS group within the DBU or within the Group in Copenhagen. Your role will require coordination, organization, analytical and communication skills. Reliability and being able to keep confidential data to yourself are key in this role.

The tasks and support will mainly include:

• Plan, prepare for and schedule meetings relevant to the FBS Director
• Support of the intranet page of FBS and develop this further
• Communications coordinator for FBS
• Collect statistical data, relevant reports and develop filing and distribution system
• Maintain and follow up on FBS Operating Rhythm and calendar
• Create, edit and coordinate presentations
• Administrative and ad hoc tasks

To succeed, you must have a structured approach to the tasks assigned to you, being able to prioritise by focusing on the details at the same time as being able to work towards deadlines and feel accountable for what you are doing. You like to work with people and have a service mindset.

The ideal profile:

• Study a relevant education at university or business school
• Knowledge of Microsoft office programmes, especially Outlook, Power Point and Excel
• Keep confidential data to yourself (integrity)
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
