In accordance with MOQ operating procedures, guidelines, legislative requirements, technical standards and industry best practice to:
•Optimize the coordination and planning of I&R activities to be executed safely and efficiently
•Develop and improve long and short term planning of activities within I&R department
•Provide expertise in planning and coordination and to ensure continuous improvement of the IAP process. Provide assistance to offshore personnel in all matters related to planning and scheduling

Key Responsibilities
•Drive an incident free environment through establishing and maintaining a strong safety culture; role model safety behaviors and take corrective action wherever necessary
•Responsible for ensuring compliance with HSE (occupational and process) legislation, Company standards and procedures under area of responsibility to ensure employee safety, legislative compliance and a responsible environment attitude
•Responsible for ensuring that all Process Safety Instructions, operating procedures and guidelines are produced and distributed within the asset to ensure process safety, operational safety and plant integrity
•Contribute to defining, prioritizing and executing activity plans and setting performance targets for the Integrity and Reliability Section policies and guidelines; ensure successful execution
•Identify opportunities and champion initiatives that enable maximum production and injection output within the parameters of environmental compliance and process safety
•Provide Team Lead – I&R Support with regular reports with analysis and comment on performance and results, and to be held accountable
•Ensure efficient coordination of field activities including production planning, planned maintenance and well service activities to minimize production disruptions and ensure maximum value is extracted from any downtime opportunities
•Work with relevant functional groups to establish long term strategic priorities, targets and annual plans in line with MOQ policies and guidelines; ensure successful execution
•Establish and maintain effective relationships with external parties, functional teams and corporate groups as required to meet MOQ’s strategic business and operational objectives
•Develop and maintain I&R Integrated Plan
•Daily update of the I&R Integrated Plan
•Ensure details required to populate the plan are available with correct prioritization, duration, resources and categories
•Assist Activity Owners in developing fit for purpose plans for assigned activities.
•Contribute to the development of IAP process & to the MOQ planning community.
•Attend IAP meetings and represent I&R department in the planning role
•Attend and chair I&R meetings for the department
•Produce weekly plan for review and issue
•Give inputs to five time horizons plans from 28 days plan to 2 year plan
•Review and contribute to I&R documents in particular the IAP process and documents, POB planning, histograms and OVN process
Who we are looking for
Candidate with
•Higher National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from accredited university.
•Minimum 5 years ‘ experience in oil/gas or production industries in a similar role preferred
•Experience in the execution of planning within engineering, procurement, construction, and operational I&R organizations
•Knowledge of the theory, principles, techniques of the planning profession.
•Ability to think creatively and evidence of success in developing and implementing new ways of working.
•Highly developed analytical skills and capable of assessing and understanding detailed information and able to summarize/ make sense of it.
•Considerable knowledge of the methods and techniques of research and analysis.
•Considerable knowledge of “People skills”, including supervision, coaching, training and performance evaluation
•Strong written and oral communication skills, including the editing, oversight or preparation of technical reports, and the presentation of information to executive committees and government entities.
