As key part of the Global Intermodal Product team, drive Asia Pacific performance through close P&L follow up, coaching and development of Asia Pacific Area Intermodal Product Managers (IPMs) and teams, and orchestration of relevant stakeholders

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensures direction setting for Areas within scope
  • Drives performance of Areas within scope
  • Identifies opportunities for improving P&L within scope
  • Orchestrates global efforts within owned geographies, e.g. tender season
  • Understands key data (market intel, flows, P&L etc.) with Areas in scope, to drive P&L optimization
  • Proactively collects and shares best practices (including supporting Area IPM in deployment)
  • Drives target setting for Intermodal growth, including validation of Area business plans
  • Ensures deployment and adoption of both customer solutions and internal tools within geographies in scope
  • Participates in setting global intermodal team direction, and owns global deployment of select functional initiatives.
