Working alongside key stakeholders and reporting to the Head of Innovation and Tradelens, the Product Manager Tradelens is responsible for the successful delivery of high quality products, focusing on product success over the entire product lifecycle.
The role involves guiding cross-functional teams in the creation of products, providing deep product knowledge and making strategic product decisions. Product managers will often analyze market and competitive conditions, laying out a unique product vision that delivers value based on customer demands. The role spans many activities and provides support in many different areas (e.g. research, design, development, launch and expansion).
The Product Manager Tradelens will be the go to person for Maersk when it comes to leveraging the Tradelens platform. Tradelens is an open and neutral blockchain-based platform that is digitizing the global supply chain and transforming trade.

Key Responsibilities
• Business engagement at product portfolio level
• Define 1-5-year product line roadmap and vision based on product division roadmap and vision
• Assessment and prioritization of new demand at epic level according to Attractive, Affordable, Achievable, Aligned model
• Accountable for ensuring portfolio feasibility in collaboration with supply
• Drive quarterly funding governance preparation and input
• Liaise with business on significant changes scope, time or funding
• Ensure scope alignment to architecture and security governance
• Track customer and user adoption and gather feedback
• Track and articulate business value delivered by the product portfolio
Who we are looking for
• Experience in operating in the intersection of Tech and business
• Product management skills and customer focus
• Strong analytical skills and holistic thinking
• Ability to develop and explain technology strategy and delivery roadmaps in the context of the Maersk business
• Strong Account Management/Consulting skills
• Capable of balancing focus on today with preparing for the future
• Personal/ ”Soft skills”
• Structured and well organised with the ability to navigate in highly complex organisations
• Ability to work and build networks in a cross-functional, matrix organization
• Excellent communication skills; the ability to convey complex analysis results clearly and with conviction to all levels of stakeholders
• Supply chain management and Logistics knowledge is considered an advantage
