We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Senior Digital Analyst to be part of the Analytics and Optimisation Team within Maersk’s Customer Interaction area.
You will be working on Maersk’s industry leading e-commerce platform which serves over 150,000 B2B clients generating over $8billion USD in revenue, backed with a significant investment in digital transformation.
Joining the Analytics and Optimisation team you will have a role that matters - shaping the future enhancements of our platform through your knowledge of web/ mobile development, analytics and tagging.
You will be based at our state of the art headquarters based in Maidenhead working cross functionally with talented like-minded people who are focused on delivering, maintaining and continuously enhancing our digital offerings for the benefit of our customers.
The position reports to the Capability Owner - Analytics & Optimisation providing action-based analytics, insights and recommendations that will inform operational, management and strategic decisions for the various teams around the Maersk organisation.
We Offer
  • Defining, implementing and administering tagging across the platform on web and mobile.
  • Creating a series of Dashboards to monitor and track optimisation & performance.
  • Working cross functionally across our Digital teams helping to define data capture/tagging requirements.
  • Supporting & measuring the success of Application delivery using analytics.
  • Analyse marketing data that are produced from various marketing sources (search, display, social, email, etc.) and provide insights & recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expertise across a variety of industry wide analytics tools in particular with Google 360 Suite.
  • Must be able to present data analysis succinctly and effectively to varied audiences (including senior management) throughout the organisation.
  • Strong problem solving/ analytical abilities with the ability to think critically and make actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with setting up Dashboards.
  • Be proactive in identifying and aggregating data from multiple sources.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft office products.
  • Must be self-sufficient and highly self-motivated to excel with minimal supervision.
  • An understanding of complex customer analysis like forecasting, segmentation, propensity to buy, propensity to churn, etc.
  • Experience with A/B Multi-Variant testing.
  • Knowledge and experience with APIs
Who we are looking for
  • Knowledge of development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience of working within an Agile environment.
  • Knowledge and experience within a global, high volume traffic site running 24/7/365
