As Senior Finance Partner in T&L Corporate Finance – SG&A team, you will drive SG&A related financial performance across the T&L Brands, provide guidance and support on financial information, business performance and implementation of strategies towards senior management. You will take on tasks relating to our operating cycle within both monthly performance reporting and quarterly forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
•You will be, as part of our team, supporting our CFO with analysis and work with our business finance teams to challenge the status quo and together reaching the ambitions for our forecast/business plan.
•You will have a designated responsibility for T&L SG&A and FTE forecasting and performance tracking, converting high level targets from our leadership into detailed plans and following up with our global Transport and Logistics organization on the progress.
•You will drive business performance and continuous productivity improvements through focus on performance metrics and indicators.
•You will deliver and communicate the consolidated financial metrics and business decisions to the leadership team on an ongoing basis
•Through this role and the responsibility for SGA you will be exposed to and bridge between both detailed analyses and senior management engagement.
Who we are looking for
•The ideal candidate holds a Master degree in Finance or Economics
•Candidates should have 5-10 years of work experience from a similar position within finance
•We expect you to have an 'analytic mindset' - being able to zoom in on relevant details, while never losing sight of the big picture
•You are an extroverted team player with strong communication skills, enabling you to engage and influence multiple stakeholders
•The corporate language is English, so you should be fluent in oral as well as written English
•Leadership experience is an advantage
