Key Responsibilities
The analyst will be responsible for performing the following roles on a rotating (24/7) work schedule. Work schedules will be 24/7 and need to be flexible and non-standard to meet the needs of our customers covering different time zones.

o US Customs status validation
o Provide customer care, problem resolution, data reporting, data analysis, data reconciliation, and data input supporting terminal operations. Ensure critical business systems are updated and current. Functions the role is expected to perform include but are not limited to the following:
o Drivers Assistance / Problem Resolution
o Customer Coordination
o Load List Analyzer
o Express / SPARC’s
o Labor Dispatching and Payroll reconciliation
o Support Vessel Planning and Operations
o Terminal Operational Support
o APMTHAZ, TERMView, and TERMPoint
o Support operational reporting, documentation, and billing

Position Responsibilities:
a) Represent the Company in the conduct of your job, and ensure the Company’s core values and all safety, legal, and regulatory policies are followed.

b) Create and follow S.O.P.’s and processes is fundamental to the Analyst function and position.

c) Complete all work assignments in a productive, efficient, cost effective, and safe manner.

d) Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

e) Ensure that all terminal / business systems are accurate, current, and operating correctly.

f) Receive and process daily, all necessary data, verifying all information is correct and that head counts, container counts, and internal / external communication and requests meet customer / stakeholder needs.

g) Minimize the operating cost by eliminating redundancies, refinement of processes, and utilization of resources, controlling and ensuring information integrity, and improving the quality of the of the function results we perform.

  • Live support Mon-Fri 6 AM – 8PM ET with 24/7/365 on call support
Who we are looking for
Located in Charlotte, NC the TSC (Terminal Solutions Center) Analyst is responsible for resolving problems our customers have while making an interchange at one of our ocean terminal gate operations. Responsibilities will include: EDI Monitoring management, Express vessel schedule and reference table updates, US Customs status validation, interaction with EDI Partners, resolution of EDI backlogs, trouble ticket resolution, responding to customers in various forms of business media, and ensuring customer concerns and problems are resolved in a timely manner. The analyst will need to be familiar with Line Customer’s processes and procedures, and be willing to cross train internally with other functional areas.
