Do you like working with planning, administration and coordination? Do you see yourself working in a multinational company as an administrative support for the Planning and Performance department? Then you might be our new student assistant in Maersk Oil Danish Business Unit.
We Offer
Working as a Student Assistant gives you the opportunity to use your competencies from your studies in daily tasks in a multinational company. You will get responsibility that will help you learn, develop and build new knowledge within your area.

At Maersk Oil you will find:
• A fast paced and dynamic environment with over 20 student assistants in the office in Esbjerg
• Flexible working hours. As we want you to priorities your studies, your working hours will be approximately 15 – 20 hours per week, preferred in office hours
Key Responsibilities
As a part of the Planning and Performance team you will work as a support function for the team, Admin and Bookings. You will be given a clear area of responsibility which to a certain extent will depend on your experience, personality and educational background. There will be routine tasks, and opportunities to be involved in different tasks across the department.

Your weekly tasks will involve:
• Planning the working rotation of offshore employees, including training courses, vacation, absence etc.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks related to all Admin and Booking activities
Who we are looking for
Your personality is of utmost importance in order to be successful in this position. We are looking for a person that is known for quality of work and focus on details, combined with a personal drive and pro-activeness. As the position is being a link between offshore employees and the organisation we also see being service minded as a skill that should come natural to you. You are a strong communicator and enjoy working closely with employees across offices both onshore and offshore.

You should also match the following:
• You are currently studying at BSc or MSc level with a minimum of 1,5 years left of your studies
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office programs, especially Excel, Outlook and Word
• Fluency in English both in oral and written is a requirement, Danish would be an advantage
• Previous experience within administrative tasks and/or a service position
