Key Responsibilities
Perform forecast controlling tasks in One Stream as per the global period end time table. Templates
maintenance and update, system technical controlling, input data controlling and following up, forecast sign
off summary
 Monthly reporting analysis: periodic actual vs target, QTD actual vs forecast, Periodic actual vs forecast
 Prepare Dashboards/ Financial reports for the review of the regional CFO
 Reduce complexity and reduce waste in the current reporting landscape with APMT
 Clearly understand business needs and development reporting requests.
 Help convert raw data to usable and manageable information.
 Data gathering / management, analysis & reporting for APMT
Submit timely and accurate deliverables. Manage issues, exhaust all possible fix and escalate to appropriate
desks for resolutions of issues
 The role holder is accountable for the design, scope and delivery of timely and accurate performance
reporting.
 Provide independent and accurate business performance reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis,
including the development of the structure, content and presentation
 Work closely and collaboratively with the business to provide insight into current performance, where possible
provide early indications of deviation from target
 Highlight and quantify risks and opportunities which will help focus their attention and drive appropriate
actions aimed at improving KPI performance
 Assist in the design and content of the Performance Packs
Who we are looking for
Graduate degree from university with a degree /or business administration
 Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience of core analytics & project experience
 Experience working in a global business environment, including cultural aspects
 Computer literate (Windows) & Strong MS Excel skills (v-lookup, Pivots, Complex formulae) and MS PowerPoint
Good communication & interpersonal skill and should be able to build good working relationship.
 Proven strong eye for detail on reports and ensures data integrity.
 Stakeholder management skills and experience, including virtual relationship management.
 Capacity to handle change stays open to different ideas, and support positive changes.
 Drive for results, conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure; persists despite obstacles and opposition.
