Key Responsibilities
Accountability for maintenance of complete facilities & infrastructure set up with its security
Compliance towards all statutory requirements relating to admin and facilities. Liaisoning with statutory and local body, CIDCO, Grampanchayat, RTO, MIDC
Responsible to interact & coordinate with other functions for executing the maintenance/repair/installation of all equipments/facilities
Develop and rollout programme for preventive maintenance of utilities /office equipment/ furniture
Ensure maintenance of optimum inventory levels in the stores and maintain business relations with vendors for the procurement of necessary items
Accountability for auditing, safeguarding & reporting of all company assets, medical kit, etc
Accountable for annual Admin & facility budget and closure of projects in relevant area within the approved budget
Drive TCO (Take Cost Out) initiatives in the Admin & Facilities area
Liase and facilitate disposal of relevant equipments/facility post required approvals and cost implication considerations with relevant department
Be a key contributor in planning and execution of all staff welfare, CSR initiatives


Develop & maintain vendor base for cost effective procurement of office material and negotiating AMCs, renewing Insurances, contracts for maintenance in association with Procurement/Finance
Quarterly assessment of vendors based on various factors such as quality, delivery, credit terms etc


Ensure efficient utilization of transport contractors & availability of company vehicles
Ensure that the drivers provided by the contractor are well trained, well behaved and take disciplinary action in association with IR in case of misconduct
Facilitate Travel-related arrangements, Liasoning with Travel agent, Airlines, Hotels, Relocations, Car Hire, Ticketing
Liaise with pest control, plumbing, floral arrangement, office equipment's AMC and other ancillary jobs required from time to time
Managing Security services in the CFS

Manage entry-level professional staff and /or supervisors
Understand overall nature of the business and the interdependencies between own and other functions. Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges accordingly
Handle situations in the area of responsibility independently and be guided by policies, procedures and process of the company
Accountable for performance and results of team within own discipline or function
Develops people - coaching/mentoring to build organizational capability, talent
Who we are looking for
Education & Revelant Experience:

Graduate with atleast 8 years of hads-on experience in similar role

Knowledge:

Cost effectiveness & efficiency in terms of Facility Management
Enough vendor base, so that work will not get halted for want of proper source
Systematic approach towards facility and equipment related maintenance
Interpersonal skills and managing expectation
Statutory Compliance
