We are looking for an Assistant Trade Manager to join our team in Australia where you will work with the Trade & Marketing Managers to execute and improve the operating system of TNM, provide back-up coverage to uptake management and own a trade scope.

Key Responsibilities
• Back up to the Uptake Manager
•Back up for A2 Southbound
•Take the role of Product and Charge Management (PCM) for Australia Cluster
•Coordinate pricing feedback processes (both commodity and FAK)
• Own, execute and develop the Operating System for TNM – ensuring it is aligned with the global MLOS, including:
o TNM input into the Commercial Broadcast
o Facilitate the Weekly TNM meeting and ensure action log is maintained
o Market mapping process
o Market Plan
o Direction Setting to Sales – Account planning

• Coordinate all tenders across the team – including owning & executing the key tender VMS
• Trade Management responsibilities for O4 – India, Pakistan, Bangladesh (IPBC), accountable to the Trade Manager for O4
•Work with Trade Managers to ensure market plan priorities are communicated in a clear and standard way across the organisation
• Handle all short term pricing QBAs whilst they remain within scope of Australia TNM
