Maersk Drilling is constantly looking to develop our business and costumer value proposition. To join us on this journey, we are looking for a Senior Business Partnering Advisor for Project Game Change, which is anchored in our Commercial department.

The position will be key in the development of new commercial models and the future cooperation and partnering with clients and service companies.

The position reports to the Head of Strategic Business Partnering – Project Game Change and is based in Maersk Drilling, Lyngby, Denmark.
Key Responsibilities
The position will be responsible for developing new commercial models capable of creating unique value for selected clients, and designing/implementing the following operative and performance management systems.

Specific areas of repsonsibility include:

•Support the development of capabilities, processes and mindset allowing Maersk Drilling to engage in client partnerships, de-risking, and total well/field cost reduction

•Develop and implement suitable performance management systems and actions needed in order to deliver unique value to clients

•Stakeholder management and facilitation of training and coaching
Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree and 20 years + of experience from the E&P industry on a global scale. You are used to working in middle and senior management roles in a service company (Business Development, Operations and / or Commercial) or equivalent in an operator company.

Moreover, we foresee that you have:

•Profound understanding of financial drivers and constellations in the industry

•Experience from operator and service company P&L ownership, and development and execution of well/project/oil-field economics through the complete value chain

•Strong analytical skills and the ability to extract, compile and analyze data

•Experience from oil-field cost and efficiency optimization, such as partnering, service in-housing and innovation/BDV

•Strong commercial acumen

As a person you posess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to grasp highly complex relations and subsequent value adding solutions and models.

You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and are capable of driving high impact decisions. Last, but not least, you know the value of good stakeholder relations and how to act accordingly.
