Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Project Execution Plan
Take ownership of projects and monitor, control and manage works, which includes regular offshore visits
Ensure Stage Gate reviews and approval according to PMP-process
Open and maintain projects in Risk & Opportunity Register
Mange changes to project; scope, schedule and cost
Close projects
Ensure scope meets business needs
Ensure safety is prioritized throughout engineering process and HAZID/HAZOP is performed
Ensure timely preparation and maintenance of realistic P&C schedules
Ensure timely alignment with other relevant plans such as i.e. Shutdown and Integrated Activity Planning
Prepare and manage; budgets, forecast and estimates
Identify, assess and manage project risks
Ensure application of standards as required
Ensure 3rd party verification when required
Keep stakeholder’s sufficiently engaged and informed on status, progress and risks
Escalate problems and potential problems as required
Ensure relevant reports are maintained and distributed
Document and distribute lessons learned
Maintain; Master list, project folders and project mail folders
Early involvement of Procurement Depart
Ensure procurement process is transparent and follows company policies and good business practices
Early information on upcoming work to vendors
Timely planning and communication of required resources
Ensure efficient use of all project resources
Who we are looking for
In-depth knowledge of the Project Maturation Process and Project Management theories and practices
Handles most Project Management related challenges independently
Min. a Bachelor degree in Engineering
Min. 2 years’ experience as discipline engineer, maintenance engineer or from construction
Min. 2 years’ experience with project management
