The Senior Project Engineer, OB Well Slots will initially be responsible for managing the project engineering aspects and activities of the development plan through to all stages of development, engineering, construction, installation and commissioning of the OB Well Slots and the associated Brownfield work.

Key Responsibilities
The Senior Project Engineer (OB Well Slots) is part of the Project Facilities Team that covers all Project Facilities Delivery (Brownfield) aspects of the Project Scope, and he shall report to the Brownfield Delivery Manager. The incumbent shall develop and/or define the statement of requirements, basis of design, project initiate document and subject project execution plans, etc., and manage quality, cost and schedule. He shall work in collaboration with the Engineering Disciplines, Project Contracts and Project Controls teams, according to their requirements and procedures, and submit the required deliverables to initiate the work scopes(s).
The incumbent shall be focused on the identified scope and deliverables associated with the Project Facilities Scope.
The incumbent is responsible for the provision of quality project engineering, management and assurance aspects of the identified scope, with a common and consistent process, and integrating, interfacing and collaborating with in the Integrated Project Team (IPT), and other identified stakeholders, during the following PMP Stages of the Project; Pre-FEED, DEFINE and EXECUTE, and potentially the SUPPORT & CLOSE-OUT stages.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer, with an accredited degree/bachelor’s degree in engineering (Process / Mechanical / Chemical), who can bring with them a wealth of experience in Brownfield Projects relating to the installation of new modules or work packages, and their integration with existing offshore Oil & Gas facilities, with a minimum;
15 years of relevant oil and gas industry experience;
6-10 years of relevant project definition, planning, execution and project management experience on Greenfield Projects.
Overall understanding of entire technical value chain / project life-cycle and integration including; estimating, studies, conceptual and detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning, start-up, operation, maintenance, inspection, testing and repair.
High awareness of ‘Incident Free’ and ‘Process Safety’ in this challenging development environment
High awareness of safe working practices associated with design, construction, pre-commissioning, installation, hook-up and commissioning of and on oil & gas facilities.
Fully conversant in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, etc.).
• Incumbent must be able to take a ‘holistic’ approach to project definition and execution that calls for integrating experience and competencies in engineering and design, procurement, construction, commissioning, maintenance, hand-over, and support to operations during the initial start-up and performance optimization period.
