The Scheduler is required to maintain accurate and timely record of Offshore Work Schedule in coordination with relevant supervisors and personnel. Manage mobilization of offshore contractors/personnel. Flexible and willing to work duty 24/7 – On call evenings & weekends.

Key Responsibilities
•Schedule planning and POB Vantage System timely updates and maintenance
•Represent D & W in the IAP 28 day planning meetings
•Prepare, update & maintain work schedule for employees and Contractors/consultants offshore.
•Maintain accurate & Timely record of the Incorrect Mobilisation report
•Handling of all tasks related to Contractors/work personnel.
•Liaise with manning company/MOQ personnel to ensure travel for offshore personnel is arranged (flight, hotel, QP pass, visa and exits). Ensuring the best possible service is provided timely and obtaining the best possible travel schedule when following Company procedures
•Coordinate inductions and mobilizations for all personnel.
•POB Training: Train as a train the trainer and super user for the POB Vantage System. Train new hire and relevant offshore crew in the use of the system and support the offshore crew in system use and administration
•Liaise with relevant teams to Co-ordinate and arrange training of personnel (H2S, T-Boiset etc)
•Keep track of QP pass, medical certificates validity, emergency contact details and all mandatory POB system requirements
•Securing heli bookings for offshore personnel and Contractors whenever required while maintaining a clear overview of heli bookings for scheduled personnel and consultants.
•Administration and coordination of Offshore operational requests.
•Prepare and circulate end of the month man hour summaries to respective manpower companies to raise invoice.
