• Assist in on-boarding both customers and business functions
• Fully committed to maintaining the APMT Safety Program and leading by example
• Performs other position related duties as specified by management
Who we are looking for
Based in Charlotte, NC the Assistant Manager, Terminal Operations Support is responsible for performing business functions traditionally performed at an ocean terminal from and off dock location. The coordination and communication with terminal staff is crucial and must understand data reporting, data analysis, data reconciliation, and data input supporting terminal operations. Ensure critical business systems are updated and current. Will be responsible for performing the roles on a rotating (24/7) work schedule. Work schedules will be 24/7 and need to be flexible and non-standard to meet the needs of our customers covering different time zones.
