|In the Danish Business Unit (DBU) of Maersk Oil, you will step into a newly established Programme Management Office. Here, you will have the opportunity to work across the entire DBU and build a strong, professional network to establish a comprehensive view and understanding of all change initiatives in the DBU.|
As you establish a consistent way of visualising and monitoring change initiatives and their progress, you help enable the Leadership Team to make the right decision on prioritisation.
Referring to the Head of the Programme Management Office, you will be based in our Esbjerg office, which constitutes the headquarters for all Maersk Oil production activities in the Danish sector of the North Sea.
You will be part of a lively environment with a good social atmosphere, where you work with many helpful and cooperative colleagues. Being part of the Programme Management Office, you will in particular be working closely with our Business Planning department.
|Essentially, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive view of all DBU change initiatives. This includes impact (scope and population), key deliverables/milestones, interdependencies, impact measures, and so on.|
In doing so, you provide timely input to performance and priority processes.
To ensure consistency, you support the identification, prioritization, and detailing of the necessary milestones and activities for change initiatives and programmes. Thus, you act as a sparring partner to initiative owners outside the Programme Management Office.
You will also support the Head of the Programme Management Office on administrative tasks, e.g. in connection with meetings.
|Who we are looking for|
|Most likely, you have 3-5 years of experience from a position, where you have build project or programme plans with clear interdependencies and impact measures.|
Your background has given you good theoretical and practical understanding of methods within project and programme management. This includes experience with project management software.
In this position, it is important that you are able to collaborate with and influence many different stakeholders, including senior management. Your proactive, self driven and persistent approach to your responsibilities means you deliver the required business results.
You are fluent in English, written and spoken, and have both communication and PowerPoint skills to create and deliver presentations of data in a concise manner.
Finally, you have the ability to:
• Work in a very structured manner
• Work under pressure and meet deadlines –always with an eye to the level of quality required
