The role will allow you to establish lasting relationships with candidates, line managers and individuals within a dynamic, ambitious and global HR community. You will manage and drive talent acquisition within Maersk Oil Esbjerg. Besides that you will be a proactive and central participant in a strong team of skilled recruiters and sourcing specialists.
|You will manage all recruitments within several departments both offshore and onshore. Your responsibilities include end to end recruitment:|
• Establishing clear understanding of the job requirements
• Developing and executing sourcing strategies
• Working with various internal and external stakeholders and keeping them updated
• Screening, assessing and interviewing candidates
• Managing the offer process
• Awareness of recruitment tracking and statistics
• Employer Branding activities to attract the right candidates for the future
Your efforts ensure that the talents of today and tomorrow are identified, attracted and hired. Operating in partnership, you will work closely with line and client group managers creating strong relations such that recruitment can be proactively managed. Moreover, you maintain and continuously develop knowledge of the global oil and gas labour market to enhance our ability as to the where, who and how of sourcing talent.
|Who we are looking for|
|The successful candidate can hit the ground running i.e. create and execute sourcing strategies, perform full lifecycle recruitment and maintain excellent relationships with candidates and hiring managers. |
Preferably you hold a relevant bachelor degree and have experience as a recruiter. Furthermore you have gained solid experience with attracting scarce and highly skilled resources in a global and preferably technical environment.
You have excellent cooperation and communication skills, which enables you to interact with people at all levels and across different cultures.
You are a proficient IT user and able to communicate in Danish and English verbally as well as written.
