Efficient processing of invoices/expense claims in compliance with the policies, procedures and controls.

Accurate posting of information and monthly closing to ensure accuracy of financial statements.

Work closely with cross functional business partners in order to build up good business partnerships in delivering Accounts Payable priorities.

Key Responsibilities
•Sorting/Scanning and verification of invoices/credit notes/ expense claims on a timely basis;
•Invoices/credit notes/expense claims to be processed with the necessary supporting documentation, this includes retention of either soft or hard copies of documentary evidence required to support a transaction, particularly with respect to satisfying audit enquiries;
•Matching invoices/credit notes against valid SAP orders ensuring compliance with processes and procedures;
•Taking appropriate corrective action on invoices/credit/ expense claims notes received with missing or invalid number, liaising with internal/external contacts as required;
•Compliance check is done on the expense claims/invoices/credit notes received for processing;

•Monitoring the workflow on a daily basis and taking necessary actions as required;
•Following up on invoices pending with the business and doing the needful as required;
•Answering to vendor phone call queries;
•Checking of vendor statements via mail/email on a daily basis;
•Monitoring the finance generic email with respect to vendor invoices and queries;
•Responding to internal/external vendor queries without delays;
•Co-ordinating with the local vendor master data maintainer for issues relating to vendor creation and modification;

•Routine filing and administration tasks.
•Co-ordinating with the treasury section on queries relating to payments and WHT.
•Ad hoc reporting.
•Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by the Supervisor – Accounts Payable/Head of Treasury.
Who we are looking for
Candidate with:
•A High School/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree
•Fresh Graduate/A minimum of 3 -4 years’ experience in a similar field
•Proficiency in IT applications
•Knowledge of Accounting Policies & Procedures
•Ability to work to deadlines with a high level of accuracy
•Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
•Knowledge of accounting principles and standards
•Knowledge of the company standard policies and procedures relating to Finance
