Key Responsibilities
Data Analyst and Product Owner with experience in Customer Insights - who can contribute with deep analytics to support decision making process from a strategic point of view, and manage & coordinate the work from engineering teams in pursuit of achieving desired outcomes.

You are responsible for ensuring that we continuously leverage data to be on the forefront of creating market leading customer experiences across and in line with our value propositions and across the business. This includes:
•Discovering opportunities of value (product discovery) from data and managing a pipeline of ideas and hypothesis testing & idea validation
•Manage and prioritize product backlog for data engineering scrum team based on overall strategy and objectives
•Coordinate work and priorities across technology teams involved in pursuit of achieving desired outcomes
•Developing new mechanisms for transforming and displaying data in structured dashboards to the wider commercial organisation with clear understanding and articulation of its strategic value
•Accountable for analysing and understanding the drivers of customer behaviour and actively help the organisation making appropriate decisions based on this data
•Develop advanced analytics capabilities that enables us to understand and predict customers' behaviour in order to support strategic initiatives
•Helping develop Insights capability roadmap
•Upskill the rest of the Customer Insights team in Data Analytics capabilities

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
•A proven track record in data analytics within Customer Insights
•Experience from managing and prioritizing work as a product owner, project management or similar
•A highly organized, technically-minded and excellent communicator as you transform complicated analytics of data into valuable information for your key stakeholders
•You can translate numerical data into business insights and present this to a diverse audience
•You can bridge the gap between Business and IT teams
•You are business oriented but with a very strong technical understanding and capability
•Ability to influence commercial teams through soft skills rather than authority
Who we are looking for
Technical Skills:

•Data Analytics: deep knowledge of SQL, Teradata and Microsoft Tools
•Visualisation: deep knowledge of Tableau, Power BI or equivalent dashboarding tool
•Data Mining and Science: good knowledge of Python, Teradata Aster and R
•Understanding of Databases and Big Data environments
•Presentation skills: Good knowledge on how to simplify complex stories through presentations and visualisations
•Product Management: experience with Jira, Azure Boards, Confluence, Trello etc.
•Ready to take over management roles in the short term
Relevant experience:
•At least 5 years of Customer Insights experience (Data Analyst)
•Product Owner or Project Management experience
•Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Maths or equivalent
Business Skills:
•Excellent communications skills - Ensure high level of communication with key stakeholders and internal team members
•Collaboration skills
•Ability to multi-task at a high level

•Strong process oriented approach to work and excellent attention to detail.
•Resilient team player who is goal-orientated and demonstrates a high level of commitment with the ability to work under minimal supervision
•Excellent Written and Verbal skills with people at all levels across the organisation in English.
