The Business Analyst will work closely with the product owner and the rest of the team on the following key tasks:
• Translate the business requirements into detailed functional requirements
• Gathering functional requirement for application development /enhancement etc. and advising on the final requirements specification
• Carrying out complex business process mapping, business process reengineering and business process analysis wherever needed
• Providing recommendations to the business on solutions, taking into account any cross-functional impact
• Creating a strategy for designing and implementing new business processes
• Ensuring the right level of functional knowledge in the technical team
• Reviewing and approving UAT scenarios

• In-depth understanding of agile/ iterative software development methodologies

• Innovative, results-driven and highly motivated
• Works well under pressure
• Familiar with key tool sets (HPQC/ Jira / Confluence)
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst participating in large, complex IT projects
• Extensive Solution Delivery experience. Deep experience in managing design, business processes or enterprise functional architecture or manage overall IT enterprise strategy
• Ability to work using both Agile and Waterfall methodology
