Working as a Student Assistant gives you the opportunity to use your competencies from your studies in daily tasks in a multinational company. You will get responsibility that will help you learn, develop and build new knowledge within your area.

You will work as a support function for the team and there will be routine tasks, and opportunities to be involved in different tasks across the department.

The primary work location will be Dampfærgevej 21.
Key Responsibilities
•Maintain knowledge repositories (SharePoint and Shared Drive access and assist with maintaining release level artefacts)
•Provide reporting assistance to PMO Leads and/or Project Managers.
•Conduct basic to advanced data analysis in Microsoft Excel. Prepare visual overviews of data analyses. Prepare PowerPoint presentations.
•Support Project team and Project Board meetings (including virtual meetings through video conferences), facilitate admin tasks for workshops: booking facilities, ensuring actions are tracked to closure, follow ups.
•Support Governance, standards & Process guidance of the PMO
•Perform quality assurance of data, follow up with Project Managers and relevant stakeholders across the globe to ensure deadlines are met
•Ad hoc support to PMO Lead
Who we are looking for

•You enjoy collaborating with people and building relationships.
•You are a Self-starter, proactive and can work independently with little supervision.
•The person for this role must be open and have the following:

•Fluency in oral and written English
•Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
•Experience in setting up and managing SharePoint sites
•Passed 1 year of undergraduate/Bachelor. (At least 2 years of studies remaining)
•Student assistant experience.

•You are expected to work approximately 20 hours per week, with due consideration to your studies.
•Understanding a project based environment and the associated elements like finance, resource management, risk management and progress reporting is an advantage.
