We Offer
Work Preparation is a key task in the onshore process of planning, preparing and organising maintenance work for safe and efficient execution offshore.

You will in close collaboration with the offshore teams, the activity owners and the schedulers drive the process of preparing maintenance work packages with respect to work scope determination, estimation of man-hours, ordering of materials and services, and clarification of procedures and documentation. The Work Preparer team includes all disciplines. The discipline focus area for this vacant position is mechanical.

Key Responsibilities
You will plan and prepare safe maintenance work to ensure incident-free execution offshore.

You drive the daily Work Order Review Meeting in collaboration with the offshore teams. Your job will include determination and estimation of the activity scope for efficient job completion offshore such as:

• Estimating and packaging the work with the tasks, materials, documentation, and services.
• Providing technical support as required for maintenance personnel.
• Ensuring compliance with legislation, company standards and procedures.
Who we are looking for
Your background should include:

• Relevant experience within the oil industry (preferably offshore).
• Knowledge of methods, materials, tools and equipment within maintenance of oil and gas equipment.
• Experience in identifying equipment issues and the appropriate solution.
• SAP user.
