Finance and Accounting: Finance and Accounting Process works on accounting processes from regions including America, Europe, Africa and Asia. Key Responsibilities
Perform month end reporting tasks in One Stream (OS) reporting tool as per the global period end time table.

Prepare Dashboards/ Financial reports for the review of the regional controller.

Analytical review of the financials in OS and Dashboards.

Controlling of inputs, Financial and operational data of OS reporting.

Conduct trainings to OS users on the process of reporting in OS.

Reporting of forecast in Forecast application.

Controlling of financials forecasted for the region.

Assist the Head office for year-end reporting and controlling.
Who we are looking for
Commerce graduate with 4-5 years of core reporting and accounting experience.

Prior financial accounting (GL) & reporting experience of one year.

Computer literate (Windows) & Strong MS Excel skills (v-lookup,Pivots, Complex formulae) and MS PowerPoint .

Good communication skills – should be able to independently communicate with stakeholders via emails, telephone, etc.

Prior experience in BPO is preferable.

Prior experience in ERP systems is preferable, understanding of the HFM application will be an added advantage.

Experience working in a global business environment, including cultural aspects.

Proven strong eye for detail on reports and ensures data integrity.

Stakeholder management skills and experience, including virtual relationship management.

Capacity to handle change stays open to different ideas, and support positive changes.

Drive for results, conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure; persists despite obstacles and opposition
