You will have a range of varied tasks and will spar with skilled colleagues.
|As one of two Project Assistants in the Project Services section of the Dan-Gorm Asset’s Facilities & Projects department, you will be a focal point for technical and administrative tasks. You will provide support to a number of team members and leads within the department and be a focal point for technical and administrative tasks, budgeting and reporting. You will influence how you work and be expected to offer feedback on workflows and methods.|
You will support the various managers within the department and at higher level, potentially assuming management of work-streams or independent management of a minor project.
You will also be responsible for:
• Coordinating project phases, scheduling and preparing project progress reports
• Monitoring and updating cost, timescales and resources used, and recommend actions where these deviates from agreed tolerances
• Monthly and quarterly reporting and dash boarding
• Ensuring documentation for projects are made and filed correctly
• Coordinating activities, resources, information, etc.

|You must have a sense for details and know how to structure them. You are service-minded, good at prioritising in a busy working environment and do things by the book, following rules and procedures to get things done. You can work as part of a team and independently, and can review processes and practises to ensure that we work as efficiently and effectively as possible. You are trustworthy and can work in areas where strict confidentiality is required. |
• Skilled IT user of commercial and company software, such as MS Office and preferably SAP
• Mastery with administrative work
• Preferably experienced in the procedures and practices of an Engineering Office
• Fluent in English. Proficiency in Danish would be an advantage
