This position holder is responsible for managing revenue booking and measure our financial, commercial and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
Booking Revenue
• Create/Modify a SAP sales order based on Handover Sheet in case of OCE and as per OCC in case of IEL
• Create/Modify a SAP sales order as per consignee’s tariff and raise an invoice
• Provide a invoice copy to Customer Service team
• Advise CM1 of Job to concern Customer Service team
• Audit the sales order billed on weekly or monthly basis to rule out the errors in Buy and sell quotations.
• Maintain data of quotations and contracts for Audit purpose.

• On a daily basis work log needs to be updated.
• Need to attend DQ reports like SO not billed, RR not done, SO not triggered-Idoc failure, Receivables outstanding and Reconciliation.
• RR % need to maintain above 95% for MTD basis
• Reconciliation of all SO billed on monthly basis with the System updates-MODS

• Create a back-up
• Pull pro-active report before DQ report is receive

Key Performance Indicator
• FCR & Invoice processing & submission including ICB invoicing.
• Maintenance of data quality with least number of Invoice cancellation
• FACT KPI's compliance
Who we are looking for
• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in business or related field

• Freshers can apply OR 2 years of experience from relevant background.

• Ability to work and thrive in a flexible matrix organisation with focus on networking and collaboration.
• Team player with proven ability to work under pressure
• Effective change agent with the ability to adjust change approach based on circumstances.
