As Commercial Advisor in Commercial and Business Development in the Danish Business Unit you will provide Commercial advice and support internally as well as externally to trading partners, with focus on gas sales agreements.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Commercial Team Lead, you will focus on:

• Providing information and technical data to the DUC Partners and customers, ensuring that contract obligations are met
• Acting as coordinator between the DUC Partners and conducting negotiations with customers
• Acting as coordinator between operations and trading partners
• Conduct negotiations around operational contracts
• Independently drafting of minor contracts and assisting in more complex contract drafts/negotiations
• Providing documentation on sales and in connection with forecasts and budgets
• Liaison with auditors
Who we are looking for
• Master degree in economics, engineering or other relevant area
• 3-5 years commercial experience and oil and gas background
• Contract experience
