This is an opportunity to learn and assist in conducting planned maintenance activities, troubleshoot and repair electronic and electrical systems under strict supervision ensuring safe and efficient operations in accordance with Maersk Oil Qatar (MOQ) approved procedures and guidelines, design limitations, technical standards and legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct testing and maintenance of electrical systems, transformers, motors, generators etc in a safer and efficient manner and ensure interrupted power supply under direction for senior personnel
Prioritise activities and other relevant HSE issues within area of responsibility highlighted in Synergi cases and ASTF findings
Conduct quick repair/replacement of electrical equipment/systems to be installed thereby optimizing production uptime; strive for quick restoration
Brief vendor personnel regarding offshore contact persons, relevant HSE issues including relevant Offshore Safety Procedures (OSPs) before offshore mobilization
Provide seamless day-to-day offshore support and follow-up within area of responsibility.
Who we are looking for
A discipline engineer - student of Electrical Engineering background is preferred.
