The Culzean project is one of the UK North Sea’s most exciting. With the potential to deliver around 5% of the UK’s energy needs, this complex uHPHT field is one of the largest discoveries in the UK North Sea in recent years. We’re recruiting for a Well Service Engineer to join the Culzean team to ensure all equipment is prepared and installed in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Well Services Manager, the Well Service Engineer will be responsible for providing all associated technical support to the Culzean project team for tree and surface wellhead issues and jackup wellhead platform. As well as providing the co-ordination, supervision and witness of key vendor testing, SIT’s/ FAT’s related to the wellhead, HP riser and trees.

The Well Service Engineer will also be responsible for the supervision and co-ordination of equipment installation, test and maintenance operations offshore.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for an engineer who has a proven background in tree and wellhead design, installation and maintenance. You will have contributed to developing SIT procedures as well as been involved in the preparation of FAT’s.

This position requires a driven, ambitious team player who has excellent communication skills. Working with vendors and resolving WHP/rig interface issues related to wellhead, tree and riser equipment is critical to the success of the role.
