|Monitor new legislative and industry requirements in order to verify, maintain and update the country specific compliance items in Sirius.|
Assist Rig Manager in tasks related to reporting requirement to relevant authorities in relation to HSE incidents.
Assist Rig Manager with tasks related to flag state, class and civilian aviation authority.
Advise Rig Team in compliance with local regulatory HSE requirements, and raise relevant revision request to the Safety Management System.
Identify potential and actual areas of improvement within HSE and assist in setting and formulating goals and tools to their achievement.
Promote new and existing HSE training and campaigns from head office, rig team, as per HSEQ Action plan.
Monitor quality of data entered in SYNERGI®.
Assist in and conduct incident and accident investigation in accordance with specified MD procedures.
Perform audits/inspections on the rig to measure compliance with the Safety Management System
Develop and maintain the various bridging documents - tasks listed in MD Safety Management System
Maintenance of the Rig HSE Case in liaison with the rig team/Technical Superintendent.
Identify the need for and lead risk assessments and Hazids in support of the Manage Change and DWOP Processes in Sirius
Assist with the annual unit specific HSEQ Action Plan. Arrange the updates/revisions and the issue of the plans.
Report environmental figures in SYNERGI® – related to the rig team/shore base.
Keep good contact with local industry, client and authority representatives to ensure alignment of HSE objectives.
Assist other rig teams in HSE related tasks where applicable and in areas where tasks are shared.
Ensure the safe disposal of shore base generated or other waste for which Maersk Drilling is responsible, in accordance with local legislation.
|Who we are looking for|
|All candidates must have the right to work in Azerbaijan, expats will not be considered for this position.|
Successful candidate will have formal education in suitable technical, marine, HSE or quality engineering disciplines.
In addition they will be proficient in HSE management systems and poses good English verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with offshore safety courses and medical certificates complying with the requirements stipulated for regular crew by the operating area including NEBOSH certificate.
Our successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years offshore or associated discipline experience, in addition to their managerial and leadership experience.
