The Sr. Planning Analyst works directly on the Business Planning and Business Performance Management processes as well as on the Financial Planning process including project economics and reserves and resources estimates.

Key Responsibilities
Preparing and facilitating the monthly performance reviews for the Leadership Team, hereunder collecting and validating financial and non-financial performance metrics.
Supporting the development of the Business Performance Contract, which includes discussions with the Leadership Team where the near term goals for the organization are decided upon and appropriate KPIs and Milestones are selected
Creating and maintaining the Business Unit dashboard, reporting progress to corporate and providing updates for the local organization
Supporting the business planning cycle and underlying processes, including the development of the local strategy document (Business Outlook) and long term financial forecast (Long Finance).
Building strong working relationships with other local and corporate stakeholders, hereunder the Global Business Planning & Performance Management community as well as the Financial Planning community.
Preparing and communicate financial models to evaluate investment and divestment opportunities on asset and business activity level, including assessing project risks, assumptions and sensitivities
Driving competitor analysis and performance deep-dives
Participating in the reserves and resources processes
Leading/participating in the continuous improvements of local processes, templates and tools.

Excellent analytical skills
Strong communicator
High energy level
Self-driven and well structured
Master Microsoft Office package – Microsoft Excel especially – at an advanced level, with hands-on experience working with accounting systems and BI tools
Portuguese and English language skill on negotiation level
