As a member of the IT Programs and Projects team, you will be responsible for planning, optimising, tracking and communicating on a range of project activities. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the drive of project activities towards agreed goals.

|Your tasks and responsiblities include:|
- Project activity tracking
- Updating the portfolio project plan and team site
- Arranging portfolio team meetings including the preparation of meeting minutes
- Follow-up on actions
- Collaborate with the Head of IT Programs and Projects to prepare material such as monthly project reports for management meetings.
|Who we are looking for|
|You are preferably in your first or second year of your Master programme within Communications or IT. |
You have experience with project management and you are eager to explore new ways of engaging stakeholders in internal business communication and knowledge sharing via social media.
You are organised, a good planner and a proactive problem-solver. As well, as we are a multicultural team, you are a skilled communicator who is comfortable speaking and writing in English.
As a person, you thrive in busy environments and bring a can-do spirit and a healthy sense of humour to your work – even when the pressure is on. You are a strong team player but you also enjoy working independently and finding new solutions to the challenges you meet. You are expected to make an impact and to ask questions and challenge the status quo if that’s what it takes.
We expect you to start 1st or 15th March 2014. You will be working 20 hours/week as a Student assistant in the Programs & Projects department. Your employment is fixed term and will terminate on 31 Dec 2014, unless otherwise agreed.
