Key Responsibilities
•Production data QC and management, internal and external reporting, ad-hoc and daily reporting.
•Ensure that validated production data is consistently presented in a standardised format to meet the local content, timing and frequency needs of:
oProduction Review & Planning cycles .
oInternal stakeholders (Asset teams, Function).
oExternal stakeholders (CPH, QP).
oGovernment bodies.
•Ensure that reports are generated and presented in accordance with the Production Reporting Minimum Standard.
•Review production report requirements regularly with users to identify opportunities for improvement (e.g. improved data presentation, automated analyses) to minimise the requirement for post-report processing.
•Identify opportunities to maximise the use of visualisation tools (where available) to deliver reports direct to User Desktops.
•Daily production reporting validation.
•Provide ad hoc reports as required, however to push back to standard reports as necessary.
Who we are looking for
Candidate with:
•Working knowledge of IT systems and data management systems.
•Good analytical, coordinating, cooperating and planning skills.
•Excellent MS Office Skills.
•Minimum 4 years’ experience in the petrochemical, refining, oil / gas exploration and/or production industries in a similar role.
•Basic understanding of oil and gas production system.
